The Annual HPAC Trunk or Treat Cruise Night returns once again.  Awards for Best Decorated Car, Best Adult Costume and a few awards for for Best Kid’s Costume. Bring some candy to hand out to the Trick or Treaters and enjoy another possibly weird, maybe unusual, strange, but always fun evening with fellow club members.
